Body of Letter (Customizable):
Dear Members of the Joint Committee on Public Health,
I am writing to respectfully urge you to vote NO on H.2415 – An Act Relative to Safer Treatment.
This bill would limit the ability of qualified healthcare providers such as Chiropractors and Physical Therapists to offer dry needling, a technique supported by modern evidence and widely used to treat musculoskeletal pain, improve mobility, and reduce reliance on medication.
Dry needling is practiced safely by licensed professional chiropractors trained in anatomy, physiology, and neuromuscular health. Restricting its use to a single license type would unnecessarily reduce access to safe, non-invasive, drug-free care for patients across the Commonwealth.
During a time when expanding conservative care options is more important than ever, we should be promoting collaboration and patient access—not restricting it.
Please record me in opposition to H.2415.
Sincerely,
