As of April 2, 2025, the Veterans’ Employee Resource Notification Act (Act 197 of 2024) requires all Massachusetts businesses with one or more employees to display a Veterans’ Resource Poster in a prominent, easily accessible location for all employees.
This includes chiropractic practices across the Commonwealth.
Purpose of the Law
Massachusetts is home to a significant population of veterans, many of whom face challenges in accessing support services as they transition from military to civilian life. This new law ensures that all workplaces provide clear and accessible information about the resources available to veterans, helping to connect them with vital support systems.
