Massachusetts Chiropractic Society Board of Directors Nominations Form

The Massachusetts Chiropractic Society (Mass Chiro) is pleased to announce the Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors. We invite all members of the society to nominate chiropractors who are passionate about advancing the profession and serving as board members.

The election for the Board of Directors will take place during the Membership Meeting on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham located at 550 Winter St. in Waltham, MA. This meeting will be held in conjunction with the Fall Seminar Convention.

Please complete the following form to submit your nominations. Nominations will close at midnight on September 14, 2023. Only current members of Mass Chiro are eligible to submit nominations.

Statement of Nomination: Please provide a brief statement explaining why you believe the nominee would be an excellent candidate for the Board of Directors. Focus on their qualifications, experience, and dedication to the chiropractic profession. (Limit your response to 200 words)
