Press Release – October 17, 2025
On behalf of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society Board of Directors, we are honored to recognize Dr. Steven Saro. The chiropractic profession proudly recognizes Dr. Saro, who has been inducted as a Fellow of the Palmer Academy of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic—the highest peer honor bestowed by the College.
Established in 1963 by David D. Palmer, D.C., the Palmer Academy of Chiropractic was created to honor individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to advancing chiropractic through leadership, recruitment, philanthropy, and service. Fellowship in the PAC is Palmer College’s most prestigious recognition, awarded to distinguished individuals who embody the founding principles and enduring mission of the institution.
Dr. Saro’s induction reflects a career defined by integrity, mentorship, and meaningful impact. His contributions include:
- Leadership: Advancing the philosophy, science, and art of chiropractic while elevating professional excellence through education and advocacy.
- Recruitment: Inspiring the next generation of chiropractors and promoting career pathways within the profession.
- Philanthropy: Supporting chiropractic education and professional growth through charitable giving and strategic partnerships.
- Service: Volunteering time and expertise to expand access to chiropractic care, strengthen community health, and influence legislative progress at the state and national levels.
Each year, Palmer Fellows are selected through a rigorous nomination and review process led by current Fellows, College leadership, and the Palmer Board of Trustees. Inductees represent a select group of professionals whose lifelong contributions strengthen and advance the future of chiropractic. Notably, Fellows need not be Palmer graduates—eligibility is based on service, impact, and professional excellence.
“This recognition is a testament to Dr. Saro’s unwavering dedication to advancing chiropractic and supporting the profession through service, education, and advocacy,” Fellowship is the highest peer honor awarded by Palmer College, and we could not be more proud. His leadership, service, and commitment to his patients, colleagues, and the chiropractic profession continue to make a meaningful impact every day. “We are honored to celebrate his achievements and his commitment to shaping the future of healthcare.”
Please join us in congratulating Dr. Saro on this remarkable and well deserved honor.
