Mass Chiro is Transitioning to a New AMS Platform called- CE21 Bulletin #1

An Important Message from MCS Board of Directors

Subject: Important Update: Soft Launch of Our New Platform – CE21

Dear Chiropractic Professionals,

We hope this message finds you in excellent health and high spirits, eagerly anticipating a wonderful weekend with Labor Day fun under the beautiful New England weather.

Today, we are excited to introduce a significant development that will enhance your experience as a member of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society (MCS).

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible resources and support, we are moving forward with a new and advanced Association Management System (AMS) and a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) called CE21. Our decision to transition to this new platform was driven by our desire to improve efficiency, expand capabilities, and offer additional features that will make your membership experience even more seamless.

What Does CE21 Offer You?

  • One System, One Login, One Experience: CE21 provides a unified platform for accessing all your account information and educational resources, including your CE Certificates, upcoming events, and a full platform to communicate with your profession and colleagues.
  • Efficiency and Convenience: Think of CE21 as a one-stop-shop, offering a suite of tools tailored to your needs as chiropractic professionals and office staff.

We want to assure you that we’ve taken every precaution to ensure a smooth transition. We’ve worked closely with CE21 to simplify the process and make it as user-friendly as possible for you.

What to Do Next:

  1. Look for an email from CE21 (sent from machiro@ce21.com) in your inbox. (Check your spam)
  2. Click on the “My Account” button to log in.
  3. Use your email as your username and create a new password.
  4. Familiarize yourself with your new profile page and ensure your membership type is correct.
  5. A letter is being sent via USMail from Mass Chiro with a paper invoice, and a letter to the profession. As always you are welcome to send a check with your support to Mass Chiro and, we do encourage you to still continue to set up your account online. Mass Chiro will provide a receipt to you via CE21 platform to use for tax purposes whether by check or auto set up.
  6. Fill out the “Question Set” to enhance your profile on our directory search, including details about techniques and accepted insurances. This will help with patients looking for you through our “Find a doctor” platform. Remember this part will show up as part of the directory search, so make sure it is something you want to share with a potential patient.
  7. Add a picture and a bio to personalize your profile and make it more appealing to potential patients.

As with any new venture, we anticipate minor challenges during the initial phase. Your cooperation and patience are immensely valued during this transition. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to Tracey Lane at MCS (781-849-0000 or mcs@masschiro.org). CE21 is also available for technical support, and both contact details are accessible on your profile.

Please bear in mind that this is a soft launch, and we are actively refining the details. The new AMS and LMS represent another step forward in our efforts to enhance communication within the chiropractic profession.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and your role in strengthening our chiropractic community. We’re here to serve you and ensure that your membership and experience with MCS is as rewarding as possible.

Warm regards,

Tracey Lane
