Applying for MCS membership is easy. Its as simple as 1-2-3!
Step 1
Download the MCS application.
Adobe Acrobat is required to view the application. If you don't have Adobe acrobat reader, download the latest version by clicking on the link to the left.
Step 2
Print the application and send your completed application to the MCS office at:

Step 3
We will review your application and notify you of our decision about one week following the next scheduled MCS Board of Directors meeting.
